Good point. Close to two years ago, when I was just starting out on the Net (before I even had a full-fledged connection; I had to post everything through mail gateways and read everything through one of the Usenet gopher servers), I posted a question to several erotica-related groups on something I was seeking information on, including rec.arts.erotica (which, in my newbie state, I thought at the time was a catch-all group for discussing various forms of erotica). The result was predictable. : rec.arts.erotica.creative would be much clearer on the intended purpose. If the base group is so renamed, I wouldn't have a particular problem with seeing this group created as rec.arts.erotica.movies, though I still think the proponents have made a solid case for the rationale behind naming it rec.arts.movies.erotica. For me, the important thing is to get the group created, under whatever name. -- Joe Admire ([email protected]) ([email protected]) ([email protected]) East Carolina 1985 (Go Pirates!)/GWU JD 1989/legal researcher for hire *Stevie Nicks is _still_ the queen of rock and roll.* Team OS/2 - Frustrated with Windows 3.1 or Windows'95?
