The title is "Palace of Pleasure"; here's a brief review from the
Excalibur site:

          (ULT) 108 Min. Starring: Nici Sterling, Crystal Gold, Melissa
          Hill, Madelyn Knight, Stephanie Swift, Felecia, Caressa Savage,
          Christi Lake, Sid Deuce, Steven St. Croix, Jonathan Morgan,
          Peter North, Alex Sanders, T.T. Boy, Micky Ray, Jay Ashley.

       Synopsis: Set in 1932, this swank feature has Nici Sterling as the
       rough and ready proprietrix of a speakeasy where booze isnt the
       only vice on the menu. She and partner Steven St. Croix run the
       joint with their lovely assistant Crystal Gold, and both of the
       ladies pleasure big winners in any fashion they choose. But theres
       another story: Nici still pines for her first love, Peter North,
       but makes do with lesbian encounters with the girls, chief among
       the Madelyn Knight. Theres a dramatic twist when undercover vice
       cops (Melissa Hill and Jonathan Morgan) infiltrate disguised as a
       married couple. A classy, carnal period piece beautifully shot on
       film. Rating: 4.5 Stars!

I just saw this the other night and it was one of the best sex movies I'd
seen in a while. I watch porn almost exclusively for the girl/girl and
solo girl parts and this movie had three lesbian scenes. The first one, a
bathtub encounter between Madelyn Knight and Nici Sterling, was particularly 
nice; very erotic and beautifully shot. There was a second scene, with
Stephanie Swift going down on a blond, which was also nicely done, but too
brief (the scene ends right when the girl is starting to come; I don't
know why they do this so often in porn movies). A third scene features
three girls playing with large dildos; it was well-filmed (as the whole
movie was), but not very erotic, with the usual cheesy "stick it in me"
dialog typical of too many lesbian scenes. I didn't watch the boy/girl
stuff, so I can't review these (or give the mandatory anal and facial
count :). I do highly recommend this movie to anybody who likes a certain
degree of eroticism in their porn (I guess this is what would be called a
good "couples" film) or is looking for a nicely done girl/girl scene or
two.
