Rhomberg didn't star in ANY of the sequels (though
she's featured in a later compilation of scenes from
the series). That's what is WRONG with the sequels.
Film is German, not Danish. It was made 1976, not
1979. Billian left the series and made a couple of
Josephine Mutzenbacher films on his own (the material
is PD). Earlier in the 70s he had also done a softcore
version of the story. He was easily the best German
hardcore filmmaker of his time.
"Marezi" ("Mary" in the US dub) is the name of Birgit
Zamulo's character, not part of the actress' own name.
Aside from Rhomberg and Zamulo (and the deleted scene
with "Schulmaedchen-Report" alumna Szenetra), the women
performing sex in the movie are quite mature by porn
standards, a fact worth mentioning. No one seems to
have ID the actress, close to 50 from her appearance,
who plays Jo's mother and has 2 or 3 hardcore scenes.
There's a DVD of this from Caballero. It's about $7 at
Adult DVD Marketplace. I haven't seen it yet and don't
know if it is trimmed from the old VHS version, though
I've heard no scuttlebutt about this being the case.
