Overall:  I seldom find films which are truly satisfying.  It's the curse of
being discerning, and desiring good (or at least "entertaining" or "amusing")
plot as well as hot sex and decent production values.  *Savage Fury*
is-satisfying, and more.  This is the uncut version of the film, with all the
violence and gore left intact-indeed, this is a copy of a very old print,
since there's an advertisement for an old Traci Lords movie at the end.
Copies obtained from commercial sources these days are definitely going to
have the gore and the overt violence cut, and probably some of the hot, rough
sex as well.  Pity, because this movie is an insipid fluffer, but an engaging
one-and, where else can one see Peter North get riddled with bullets from a
machine gun and spurt blood everywhere?  Very amusing�

Blow-by-blow, as it were:

1)  Peter and his boys are on a street corner talking when a cadre of college
cuties walks by.  The men harass them.  Non-sex plot setup scene.

2)  The men break into the girls' dorm, pull back the covers, and commence the
raping.  A few girls resist and get slightly roughed-up-nothing seriously
violent, but some fighting back, some cries of "NO!", and a little slapping
around.  "You wanna fuck, is that it?  Huh, you wanna fuck!"  This is an
extended scene cutting back and forth between beds and couples, and the sex
here is hot and nasty.  If rape isn't your fantasy material, you can even
overlook the talk and occasional resistance to fucking or sucking, and the
threat of punching, and just revel in the heat here.  Cinematography is mostly
close-ups, but not extreme close-ups, moving along bodies.  More full-body
shots would be preferable, but the panning works pretty well, and even
contributes somewhat to the sense of sexual frenzy.  Christie's big natural
breasts are kneaded and squeezed mercilessly by her assailant-and I can't
blame him.  They're wonderful, and there's a tit-fuck in here which actually
looks damn inviting-usually, this does nothing for me, because I'd rather have
an orifice; but Canyon does it so well, that�well�god�

3)  "ONE YEAR LATER" flashes up on the screen, and we see the women sitting
around the table talking about how they saw "those guys" today, and how
they're going to kill them.  Not the most inspiring acting here, but this is,
after all, a sex film-so, without further ado�

4)  The women seduce the men, and once again we have the gangfuck frenzy
cutting from coupling to coupling.  This is not as intense as the earlier rape
scene, and the couplings here just don't have the heat of the earlier orgy.
But it's still above-average, especially compared to today's assembly-line
product.  Bunny's cute sexual persona shines through, and Canyon's body is
still a monument to Nature, with whom our plastic surgeons just cannot
compete.

5)  The men lie asleep, spent.  One by one, the women they've fucked creep
back into the rooms with machine guns and let loose like Peter North-who is
one of several men who die, covered in gore, their blood spattering the walls,
as the women have their revenge.  What a fun endig...
