Mark's lover and co-star, Ted (aka "Ted Bare"), notified industry insiders and asked them to get the word out. There are no other details available yet as to cause of death, why he choose suicide, or biographical details. Industry insiders were stunned at the news. Several performers, who had gotten close to Mark in the last two years, expressed surprise that he took his own life. "It doesn't sound like Mark," one said. Handsome young twink Mark and his lover -- bearish daddy Ted -- began their porn career by publishing pictures of themselves having sex in public places and rural settings several years ago. They set up a Web site at http://www.TedandMark.com, and with their photographer friend Rick Allen created an inter-generational sensation on binary newsgroups and on the Web. The two made the leap to adult video in two films: "The Adventures of Ted and Mark: A Daddy and His Boy" (Altomar Productions) and "The Adventures of Ted and Mark: Greek Odyssey" (Altomar Productions).
