Early 1980's porn star "LANCE" died in the early 1990's from Aids complications. His real name was David Reis and he was from Oolagah, Oklahoma. I do not have the specific date of death; however, you can probably verify if you wish to. I was personally associated with David back in 1982-85. His personal diary, which I at one time read, chronicled his positive HIV status and personal battle with drugs.

I believe you should include Lance (David) in your listing.
